According to information from the district administration, the demolition is taking place in contour No. 107 on the territory of MTU No. 10, as well as in the residential areas of "Ak-Ordo" and "Orok." These structures were built without the necessary permits between 2021 and the end of 2025.
Additionally, two illegal buildings were demolished in contour No. 67, which is located on the lands of the State Fund, and capital fences were dismantled on five plots in contour No. 516 of MTU No. 109.
Some owners of unauthorized constructions provided written commitments to demolish their houses independently by January 31, so demolition work in certain areas has been temporarily suspended.
Representatives of the Lenin District Administration noted that the owners of illegal structures in MTU No. 109, 106, and 107 have repeatedly received official notifications demanding voluntary demolition and the return of land plots to their original state. Explanatory talks were also held with the residents.
