Kalpaev explains that the current restrictions, such as 60 days within 120 days or 90 days for every 180 days, create additional difficulties. These rules require regular exits from the country for migration reasons, which is not always justified.
In this regard, the deputy proposes to exclude the application of existing norms for those who previously held citizenship of Kyrgyzstan. It is also proposed to introduce a provision allowing these individuals to enter, exit, move around, and stay in the territory of Kyrgyzstan without the need for a visa and without restrictions on the duration of stay, provided that they comply with the migration legislation of the republic and the rules established by the cabinet of ministers.
