Myrlan Taalaybekov (Tsarikaev) urged not to pressure him through his mother

The head of the municipal inspection, known on social media as Tsarikaev, Mirlan Taalaybekov, made a statement about the inadmissibility of pressure on his employees. In his Instagram post, he emphasized that intimidation and phone calls mentioning "high-ranking" patrons during the drafting of protocols only undermine the authority of the service.

According to Taalaybekov, such actions demoralize those who responsibly fulfill their duties.

In addition, he noted a "very alarming and unacceptable fact." One of the well-known public figures attempted to influence him by initiating an inspection at the children's rehabilitation center where his mother works. This, in the opinion of the head of the inspection, is a low and morally unacceptable way to resolve official conflicts when families and loved ones are involved.

“Our family has never been and will never be associated with illegal activities. I am confident that even this inspection will ultimately have a positive impact — the conditions at the center will improve, and any potential problems will be resolved substantively,” he added. Mirlan Taalaybekov continues to act openly and within the law, despite pressure and attempts to discredit him, which will not change his approach to reforms.
It should be reminded that on December 23 of last year, member of the Bishkek City Council Kazybek Ergeshov stated that teenagers escape from the municipal center for children in difficult life situations, "Akniyet," almost every month. He pointed to the presence of hazing and abuse in this institution.

It is also worth noting that earlier, in October 2025, Kazybek Ergeshov had already criticized the work of Mirlan Taalaybekov.
