Indecent Behavior in a Public Place. The Municipal Inspector Was Dismissed from Office

On January 5, the head of the Municipal Inspection, Mirlan Talaybekov, informed the editorial office of "AKIpress Summary" that a municipal inspector had been suspended from duty for violating professional ethics.

The incident became known thanks to a video that appeared on social media. The footage shows two men, one of whom is the inspector, consuming unknown beverages, relieving themselves, and behaving inappropriately in public places. Ultimately, they left the scene in a car, with the inspector at the wheel.
According to preliminary data, the men had organized a drunken feast.

Talaybekov noted at the meeting: "You were driving the vehicle while intoxicated, as is evident from the video. Your actions are unacceptable, especially for a public servant who should set an example for citizens. We expected you in the office, but you did not come. Law enforcement agencies were also unable to locate you."

A police officer was present at the scene, who later detained the violator to draw up a report.
