The Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh, Marlen Mamataliyev, continued his working trip to the Talas region, visiting the Manas district and familiarizing himself with the operations of social and cultural institutions.
According to the information from the parliament's press service, the first stop of his visit was the building of the Family Doctors Group No. 5 in the village of Talas. This medical institution, which opened its doors in 1967, is currently in an emergency state and does not meet modern standards. The staff of the family doctors group appealed to Mamataliyev for assistance in constructing a new building.
The speaker noted that the development of healthcare is a key direction of state policy.
“In recent years, the country has been focusing on updating social facilities, with new schools and hospitals being built. By caring for the health of citizens and improving the level of education, we can build a strong state,” he emphasized, adding that the issue of reconstructing the medical institution will be taken under control.
Additionally, the speaker promised to update the outdated equipment in the dental office using funds from his reserve fund.
