
The Minister of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, Kanbek Dosmambetov, held a meeting with Mikhail Murashko, the Minister of Health of Russia. This information was announced by the press service of the Ministry of Health of Kyrgyzstan.
During this meeting, the Kyrgyz side expressed interest in implementing joint projects in the field of high technologies in medicine. In particular, the creation of a nuclear medicine center was discussed, which will be equipped with its own production of radiopharmaceutical products based on cyclotrons.
It should be noted that the proposed initiatives for the establishment of this center have already been included in the state development plans of the Kyrgyz Republic. It is expected that work on the project will begin with the preparation of the regulatory framework, the conclusion of agreements, and design work in 2026, with the completion of all work scheduled for 2030.
In addition, various formats of cooperation were discussed, which include expert and technological assistance, access to modern equipment, as well as technologies and methodological solutions based on the mutual interests of the parties.
