During the negotiations, issues of personnel development and deepening professional ties were also discussed. The participants of the meeting considered the prospects for expanding educational programs for young specialists from the Kyrgyz Republic in such in-demand fields as neurosurgery, oncology, cardiac surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, as well as anesthesiology, resuscitation, neonatology, pediatrics, genetics, and laboratory diagnostics.

In addition, emphasis was placed on organizing internships and qualification programs for Kyrgyz doctors in leading Russian medical and scientific institutions.

In the context of high-tech medicine, the Kyrgyz delegation expressed interest in joint projects, particularly in establishing a nuclear medicine center in Kyrgyzstan with its own production of radiopharmaceuticals based on cyclotrons.

During the discussions, it was noted that some elements of the project are already being implemented through the National Center for Oncology and Hematology with the participation of the State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom." Initiatives to create the center are included in national development plans, with stages for preparing the regulatory framework, signing agreements, and starting design work in 2026, aiming for completion by 2030. The parties also discussed possible formats for cooperation, including expert and technological assistance, as well as access to equipment and methodological solutions, based on mutual interests.

Furthermore, issues of experience exchange between medical workers of the two countries were discussed, including joint surgical operations and other high-tech interventions, as well as expanding formats for scientific and expert interaction.
