During his speech, he presented the following data:
- Down syndrome: 135 children in 2022, 135 in 2023, and 161 in 2024;
- Autism: 99 children in 2022, 90 in 2023, and 82 in 2024;
- Cerebral palsy: 753 children in 2022, 586 in 2023, and 527 in 2024.
Deputy Zhyldyz Sadyrbaeva expressed concern about the discrepancies in the data and suggested creating a centralized database for their unification.
In response, Aibek Matkerimov stated that work on creating such a database is already underway and is in the final stages.
