"Why has the construction of the ambulance substation at the address Suerkulova 1/1 not yet begun? The project is ready, the land has been allocated — what is the problem?" — with such questions, deputy of the Bishkek City Council Tatyana Kuznetsova addressed the joint meeting of the factions "Emgek" and "Zhańy Kүch" on February 3.

In response, Vice Mayor Azamat Kadyrov stated that in 2024, healthcare funding will be transferred to the Ministry of Health and removed from the structure of the mayor's office.

"This is not an excuse. Residents continue to live in conditions of increased population and expanded city boundaries, and this structural unit is critically important for ensuring access to primary healthcare," the deputy noted.

According to A. Kadyrov, the issue will be addressed using funds from the republican budget.
