Today, February 3, Tatiana Kuznetsova, a deputy of the Bishkek City Council from the faction "Жаңы күч - Новая сила" (New Force), proposed the construction of an ambulance substation on Suerkulova Street, 1/1. She asked Bishkek's vice-mayor Azamat Kadyrov about the reasons for the absence of this facility from the title list.

In response, the vice-mayor explained that the city administration does not manage health care issues, as this department has been transferred to the Ministry of Health, and the project's funding is provided from the republican budget.

Kadyrov noted, "As soon as the republic allocates funding, the work will begin."

However, Kuznetsova pointed out that the population has not disappeared, and it is waiting for a solution to the problem. "Referring to the transfer of the department to the ministry cannot be an excuse. The population has grown, the city has significantly increased, and the division of powers does not ensure access to medical care, which is incompetent," she stated.

The vice-mayor replied, "Let's not discuss competence. This issue will be resolved at the expense of the republican budget. We will send a notification for the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Construction to include the project in their title list. We have already achieved the inclusion of 20 schools in this year's plan, and work in this direction continues."

Additionally, Kuznetsova raised the issue of constructing additional education institutions for children. The vice-mayor reported that this year, a station for young technicians will be built with local budget funds, which will open in the summer. The capacity of the music school in the 10th microdistrict has also been increased, and a multifunctional children's complex is planned to be built on the site of the "Chatyr-Kul" cinema. The construction of a handball school and sports complexes in Maevka, Novopavlovka, and "Kyrgyzstan-1" is also nearing completion.

It is worth noting that in Bishkek, between 40 to 42 ambulance crews operate around the clock. However, considering the expanded service area, this is clearly insufficient. Given the population growth and changes in the city's boundaries, the actual need is about 150 crews, which means that currently, less than a third of what is needed is operational.

According to the general development plan for Bishkek, the following placements are anticipated:
