In an interview with UTRK, Minister of Construction Nurdana Oruntaev stated that he and his family live in a rented apartment in Bishkek.
Although he owns a property in the "Tunguch" microdistrict, the family decided to move due to work-related issues, the children's education, and daily matters. They are renting out the apartment in "Tunguch" and used the proceeds to search for new housing closer to the city center.
It is worth noting that the ministry previously transitioned to a self-financing mode, which caused public discontent due to some employees receiving salaries of up to 500,000 soms.
