Additionally, the minister noted that a significant portion of the ministry's employees have been transferred to self-financing, and about 3,000 workers do not receive salaries from the state budget. This, according to him, has contributed to an increase in the income of specialists and improved the efficiency of the agency's work.
Experts emphasize that the Ministry of Construction has effectively been removed from the budget and has become a "self-sustaining structure."
