Chuy Region:
- The Akim of the Moscow District, Niyazbek Kozyuev, has been relieved of his duties;
- Illyaz Tashbaev has become the new Akim of this district.
Jalal-Abad Region:
- Altynbek Bekturov has been appointed as the Akim of the Bazar-Korgon District, replacing Talantbek Edilov, who has stepped down;
- Temirbolot Abykeev now heads the Ala-Buka District, replacing Ruslan Aitbaev, who submitted his resignation;
- Edilbek Tajimyrzaev has become the mayor of Kara-Kul, succeeding Nurtilek Orozbaev;
- In Mailuu-Suu, Altynbek Jumayev has been relieved of his duties as mayor, and his position has been taken by Almaz Baigaziev.
Batken Region:
- Bakytbek Koshaliev has been appointed as the mayor of the city of Kyzyl-Kyia.
Naryn Region:
- Jainak Nemat uulu, who held the position of mayor of Naryn since July 2025, has been relieved of his duties, and he has been replaced by Zhyldyzbek Bekkeldiev.
These personnel decisions were made in accordance with the Constitution and the law "On Local State Administration and Local Self-Government Bodies."
