The residential complex adopted a bill on procedural codes and military insurance

During the meeting of the committee of the Jogorku Kenesh, which deals with international affairs, defense, security, and migration, the draft law "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Kyrgyz Republic" was discussed. This project addresses changes to the Civil and Criminal Procedure Codes, as well as to the Law "On Mandatory State Insurance of Life and Health of Military Personnel and Reservists Called Up for Training and Special Assemblies, and Persons Equated to Them."

As a result of the discussion, the committee unanimously supported the draft law in its first reading.

The initiators of the document emphasize that its goal is to improve the legislative framework in the field of civil and criminal procedure, as well as to enhance the system of mandatory state insurance for military personnel and those equated to them.
