The parliamentary delegation of Kyrgyzstan, led by the Chairman of the Jogorku Kenesh, Marlen Mamataliyev, arrived in Russia for an official visit. They were greeted at the airport by Anna Kuznetsova, Deputy Chair of the State Duma, according to information from the press service of the Parliament of the Kyrgyz Republic.
On the first day of their stay, the deputies visited the "Maryina Roshcha" school in Moscow, where they were introduced to the process of testing migrant children for their enrollment in classes. After discussing the complexity of the tasks, the parliamentarians suggested simplifying the tests. To better understand the burden on children who speak other languages, the members of the delegation underwent testing themselves.

Marlen Mamataliyev emphasized the importance of accessibility of education for Kyrgyz children abroad, noting that the conditions for testing should be fair and understandable.
Additionally, a meeting was held at the Exhibition and Trade Center of Kyrgyzstan at VDNH with representatives of the Kyrgyz diaspora, where current issues regarding their stay in Russia were discussed and clarifications were provided.

High-level negotiations are planned during the visit with the Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin and the head of the Federation Council Valentina Matviyenko.
The adaptation of labor migrant families in Russia remains an important topic in bilateral relations. According to the World Bank, remittances account for a significant part of Kyrgyzstan's GDP; however, migrants face difficulties in socialization. Earlier, experts from the EAEU noted a 12 percent increase in investments in human capital and educational projects by 2025, highlighting the need to harmonize testing and teaching standards.
