The delegation included deputies: Talant Mamytov, Gulnara Baatyrova, Gulya Kozhokulova, Gulnara Akimbaeva, Jumabek Salymbekov, Aigul Akhmedova, and Zhyldyz Egenberdieva. The delegation also included: the first deputy minister of digital development and innovative technologies, Nursultan Kubanov, and the director of the state institution "Kyrgyztest," Batma Topoeva-Stavinskaya.

The delegation began its program with a visit to the Moscow school "Marina Rosha" named after V. F. Orlov, where they were shown the testing system for migrant children. The deputies noted that the tasks were too complex and suggested simplifying them.
According to Mamataliyev, "access to education for the children of our compatriots abroad is a priority issue. It is necessary for the testing conditions to be clear and fair."
Batma Topoeva-Stavinskaya, the director of "Kyrgyztest," added that the assessment procedures should be accessible to all who wish to learn.
Then the delegation met with Kyrgyz compatriots at the Kyrgyzstan pavilion at VDNH. Mamataliyev assured those present that all raised issues would be taken under control.
