Based on "Kyrgyztest," an International Computer Testing Center has been opened
High-ranking officials participated in the ceremony, including the Secretary of State of the Kyrgyz Republic, representatives from the presidential administration, the cabinet of ministers, the Jogorku Kenesh, as well as representatives from the international company National Educational Network (NEN) and the National Academy of Sciences.
Secretary of State Arslan Koichiev emphasized the importance of establishing the testing center as a significant step in implementing the state language policy. He noted that the new center will provide a modern approach to assessing the language and educational skills of citizens that meets international standards.
Chairman of the National Commission on State Language Melis Murataliev added that the opening of the new testing center significantly expands the capabilities of "Kyrgyztest" and creates conditions for an objective assessment of proficiency in the Kyrgyz language in a digital format according to international standards.
As part of the event, the director of "Kyrgyztest," Batma Topoeva-Stavinskaya, presented a presentation detailing the functions of the International Computer Testing Center, its technical capabilities, and areas of international cooperation, as well as giving participants the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the testing process.
The new testing center based on "Kyrgyztest" will provide citizens with modern testing services that meet current requirements and implement assessment mechanisms recognized at both the state and international levels.
