Previously, Baltabaev served as the Executive Director of the Association for the Development of the Agro-Industrial Complex, where he implemented numerous significant projects that contributed to the development of the sector.
In his new role, he will be responsible for issues related to processing, organic production, and exports. His work is expected to significantly support farmers and contribute to strengthening food security in the country.
