Presenting the candidate was Bektur Zulpiyev, who represents the president and the cabinet of ministers in parliament.
During the voting, 78 deputies supported Suynaliev's candidacy, while none opposed it.
It should be noted that prior to this, Suynaliev held the position of Deputy Minister of Finance.
