Shabdanbekov noted: "Honest businesses should have the opportunity to operate freely and confidently. The main task of law enforcement agencies is to protect the economy, not to create obstacles. We will not interfere in your activities without necessity. If you face pressure, we are ready to support you. The main requirement is to conduct business openly and honestly."

In response to these suggestions, Shabdanbekov stated that all facts of illegal actions by officials would be addressed in accordance with the law. At the same time, if any entrepreneurs are found to be operating outside the legal framework or participating in criminal schemes, they will also be held accountable under the law.
