This event took place in the context of implementing a policy aimed at ending unjustified inspections of entrepreneurs, initiated by the directive of President Sadyr Japarov since the beginning of 2026.
Shabdanbekov noted that the successful economic development of the republic depends on the stable operation of businesses, the creation of new jobs, and the formation of an effective tax base. He emphasized the importance of such meetings as a platform for open communication between government agencies and entrepreneurs.
“Honest business should have the opportunity to operate freely and confidently. The main task of law enforcement agencies is not to create difficulties but to protect the economy. We do not intend to interfere in your work without grounds. In case of pressure on you, we are ready to ensure your protection. However, it is important to work openly and in good faith,” he stated.
Business representatives also expressed their suggestions, emphasizing the need for transparency in conducting inspections and proposing to more actively inform the entrepreneurial community about legislative changes.
The head of the SCNS reported that all cases of illegal actions by officials or administrative obstacles for entrepreneurs will be considered with strict adherence to the law. At the same time, he warned that entrepreneurs involved in illegal activities or criminal schemes will face appropriate punishment.
