Zhaynak Usen uulu has extensive experience in the media sector: from 2015 to 2019, he served as the general director of the NTS television and radio company. From 2019 to 2020, he headed the Public Television and Radio Broadcasting Corporation of Kyrgyzstan (KTRK). He is also one of the authors of the Law "On Television and Radio Broadcasting" and actively participated in preparing the country for the transition to digital broadcasting. From 2015 to 2019, he led the LLC "Digital Technologies."
