Kuvanychbek Kongantiev resigns from the mandate of a member of the Jogorku Kenesh

Today, March 10, it became known that Kuanychbek Kongantiev, a deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh, has decided to resign from his position. The Central Commission for Elections and Referendums will address the issue of the early termination of his powers.

As is known, Kongantiev was elected to parliament from electoral district No. 21 and held the position of chairman of the committee on industrial policy, transport, the fuel and energy complex, architecture, and construction.

A potential successor being considered is Chingiz Aydarbekov, who received 15.71% of the votes from the electorate.
