Talantbek Imanov is now the mayor of Karakol, according to information provided by the press service of the President of Kyrgyzstan.
This decree was signed by President Sadyr Japarov.
Previously, Imanov held high positions in various government institutions, including leading the Ministry of Digital Development and the National Investment Agency. His experience at the republican level is expected to contribute to the development of the city's infrastructure and tourism sector.
Along with this decree, another presidential decree relieved Kanibek Adiev of his duties as mayor of Karakol. The official release did not disclose details regarding the reasons for this rotation and Adiev's future work.
