Mamataliev emphasized that the development of relations between neighboring peoples is one of the key directions of Kyrgyzstan's foreign policy. He mentioned projects such as the construction of the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan railway, as well as a number of joint investment initiatives and the development of cultural and humanitarian ties.

In turn, Liu Jiangping noted that China highly values its partnership with Kyrgyzstan and marked the beginning of a "golden age" in the relations between the two countries. "There are many agreements and treaties between our states that we must implement together," she added.
