Kulubaev met with Erdogan in Istanbul
On March 7, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan held a meeting with the heads of foreign affairs agencies of the countries that are part of the Organization of Turkic States, who arrived in Istanbul for an informal council meeting. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan.

During the negotiations, Erdogan emphasized the importance of deepening cooperation among Turkic peoples. He highlighted the need for regular dialogue on key current issues at both regional and international levels, and expressed a desire to expand multilateral relations within this organization.

Kyrgyz Foreign Minister Jeenbek Kulubaev conveyed greetings and best wishes from President Sadyr Japarov to Erdogan. He noted that Turkey remains an "important and reliable partner" for Kyrgyzstan, with which Bishkek maintains friendly relations based on mutual respect and strategic partnership.

Kulubaev also highlighted Erdogan's personal contribution to efforts for the peaceful resolution of regional and international conflicts through diplomacy.

In addition, the minister spoke about the preparations for the Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit and the World Nomad Games, which are scheduled for this year in Bishkek.
