

On March 7, an informal meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Turkic States Organization (TSO) took place in Istanbul, where Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan received the foreign ministers of the participating countries.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, Erdogan welcomed the delegations and emphasized the importance of strengthening cooperation among Turkic peoples. He also highlighted the necessity of regular dialogue on key regional and international issues and expressed interest in enhancing multilateral interaction within the framework of the TSO.
Kyrgyz Foreign Minister Jeenbek Kulubaev conveyed warm greetings and best wishes from the President of Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Japarov. He noted that Turkey is one of the key and reliable partners for Kyrgyzstan, with which both countries have established relations of friendship and strategic partnership.
Kulubaev also highly appreciated President Erdogan's efforts in promoting peaceful initiatives aimed at resolving various conflicts at both regional and global levels through diplomacy.
Additionally, the minister informed about the preparations for the Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit and the Sixth World Nomad Games, which are scheduled for this year in Kyrgyzstan.
As a result of the meeting, the parties confirmed their interest in further deepening bilateral relations and strengthening cooperation within international and regional organizations.
