The introduction of the new deputy minister took place under the leadership of Akyl Toktobaev, the head of the Ministry of Natural Resources. The event was also attended by the deputy ministers, as well as heads of various structural divisions and the central office management.
Furthermore, the ministry clarified that the appointment of Zhenish Seydaliev was made in accordance with the provisions of Article 18 of the Constitutional Law "On the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic."
