President Sadyr Japarov signed a decree appointing Akyil Toktobaev as the acting Minister of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision.
Toktobaev's candidacy will be submitted for approval to the Jogorku Kenesh with the aim of final appointment to the ministerial position.
