The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan has made a decision according to which all military and humanitarian railway transportation will be completely exempt from fees and fines throughout the country.

This applies to trains and convoys used in the interests of the state, as well as those participating in exercises taking place in Kyrgyzstan.
Now military trains and cargo will not be burdened with payments for wagon downtime, cargo storage, and other fees that were previously charged by the state enterprise "Kyrgyz Temir Zholu".
The exemption applies to both local convoys and wagons of foreign railroads if they are involved in military or humanitarian operations in Kyrgyzstan.

The Ministry of Defense is required to notify the railway services in advance, no later than 10 days before transportation, about the route, type of convoy, and loading and unloading points. This condition is necessary for organizing movement and preventing delays.

This resolution will come into effect ten days after its official publication and is aimed at improving the defense capability and effectively ensuring military logistics in the country.
