He noted that culture is a crucial component of national identity and contributes to social cohesion.
“The development of culture is our top priority. It is essential to support creative initiatives and ensure citizens have access to cultural values,” he added.
Among the key priorities are supporting local programs, developing new directions in art, and creating conditions for the creative potential of youth to be realized.
“The future of our nation lies with the youth. Government structures must actively protect the interests of the new generation and create opportunities for their full self-realization,” emphasized Baisalov.
An important aspect will be ensuring equal access to cultural services for residents of all regions, as well as promoting the historical and cultural heritage of Kyrgyzstan on the international stage.
The Ministry has been tasked with accelerating the development of publishing, modernizing the library network by creating community and coworking centers, building modern cultural centers, and initiating international scholarship programs for young performers.
