Nurbek Talai uulu has been appointed as the head of the department, as announced by the signed order of the Minister of Construction Nurdana Oruntaev.
Nurbek Talai uulu now leads the capital construction department in the Jalal-Abad region.
Before taking on this new position, Nurbek Talai uulu served as the deputy head of the same department.
The position was previously held by Talaybek Uzenbaev.
