During his speech at the ceremony, Japarov noted that this is just the beginning of a large-scale modernization of the park. The plans include a second phase that will extend the cable car to 12 kilometers, covering the most picturesque areas. Modern cottages, a toboggan run, and a five-star hotel with a swimming pool are also being built in Ala-Archa. The president emphasized that thanks to digitalization and the abandonment of cash payments, the park's revenues have increased almost ninefold—from 29 million soms in 2020 to a record 262 million soms in 2025.
In his speech, Japarov focused on the protection of investors and entrepreneurs. He issued a stern warning to law enforcement agencies, urging them to cease any unjust interference in business.
“Do not create unfounded pressure on those who contribute to the development of our country. If I hear about any pressure, I ask you not to take offense,” he stated, reminding of the existing moratorium on unjustified inspections. The president also called on businesses to operate honestly and pay taxes on time in response to the favorable conditions created by the state.
At the end of his visit, Japarov inspected the new hospitality infrastructure facilities in the park. He confirmed that the strategic goal of the government is to present Kyrgyzstan as a country of mountain tourism, implementing modern service standards in all regions, including the under-construction Ala-Tuu Resort complex on Issyk-Kul.
