
Finance Minister Almaz Baketaev presented information on the financial support for initiatives related to debureaucratization. He also voiced an assessment of the budgetary needs for digital projects and discussed the reorganization of treasury functions with the transfer of operations and personnel to the state bank "Kylım Bank".

Kanibek Dosmambetov, Minister of Health, presented a report on the implementation of the presidential decree aimed at enhancing the potential and competitiveness of public organizations in the healthcare sector. After his report, the head of the cabinet expressed dissatisfaction and made an oral remark for the untimely execution of some assignments, instructing that oversight for the execution of protocols be assigned to deputies for stricter control.

Representatives of the Supreme Court and the General Prosecutor's Office reported on the processes of digitalization of the judicial system, the implementation of electronic document management, and the modernization of IT infrastructure. Measures for prosecutorial response regarding compliance with the deadlines for providing public services were also discussed. Notably, the requirement for full online broadcasting of court hearings is not being fully met: instead of live broadcasts, edited recordings are sometimes published. Adylbek Kasymaliev instructed to eliminate this shortcoming.

Gulzat Isamatova, Minister of Science, Higher Education, and Innovations, informed about the progress of implementing the interdepartmental commission's assignments regarding enhancing the independence of the National Academy of Sciences. The Deputy Head of the Cabinet of Ministers, Ayaz Bayetov, remarked on her insufficient progress on the initiative over the year, as regulatory issues remain unresolved despite the achieved consensus among state bodies.

As a result of the discussion, oral remarks were made to the ministers of science and their supervising deputy, and they were instructed to expedite the preparation of necessary regulatory acts and plans for the transfer of powers.

As a result of the meeting, the chairman of the cabinet of ministers announced a number of key assignments:
- strengthen interdepartmental coordination and appoint curators among the deputies of the head of the cabinet of ministers;
- ensure monitoring of the execution of assignments and reporting;
- prioritize resource support for pilot projects in the field of digitalization and debureaucratization, among others.
