Border Guards of Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Tajikistan Held a Meeting
The purpose of the meeting was to strengthen trust-based relations, ensure a stable operational situation, and maintain order at the state border.
The event took place at the point where the borders of the three countries intersect, near the "Friendship" stele.

During the negotiations, the participants discussed key aspects of cross-border cooperation, including improving mechanisms for direct communication between border agencies and coordinating actions to prevent incidents at the border, as noted by the State Border Service.
Emphasis was also placed on cooperation in engineering, economic, and spring works in the border zone, as well as on the algorithm for operational response to potential disputed issues.
The parties also discussed the improvement of the area around the "Friendship" stele, including the creation of access roads and landscaping.
