Temirbek Ibraimov, who represented Satylganov, noted that the candidate was born on May 1, 1970. He holds a higher legal education and has over 30 years of work experience. Currently, Satylganov serves as a judge in the Sokuluk District Court of Chui Region.
Deputy Kamila Talieva asked whether Satylganov was a replacement for Elmira Baryktabasova, the former council member.
Ibraimov confirmed this, adding that Baryktabasova is participating in the competition for the vacant position of Supreme Court judge.
“Why is a woman not replaced by a woman? I ask you to take this into account next time,” Talieva expressed her opinion.
