Three of them were elected from constituency No. 13. The Chairman of the Central Election Commission, Tynchtyk Shainazarov, presented certificates and badges to Aibek Altynbekov, Talant Mamytov, and Aigul Karabekova, after which they recited the oath.
We remind you that the results of the elections held on November 30, 2025, in constituency No. 13 were annulled due to violations related to the installation of cameras by observers at polling stations. The Central Election Commission scheduled repeat elections for March 1, 2026. However, on February 13, the commission reviewed its decision and recognized the elections as valid. As a result, the new parliamentary session began with an incomplete composition: out of 90 deputies, only 87 took the oath.
The fourth new deputy was Azizbek Abdullayev, who received the mandate from Eldar Sulaymanov, who decided to resign early. After receiving his certificate and badge, he also took the oath.
