Sadyr Japarov will be able to participate in the elections for a second term
The Constitutional Court has ruled that early presidential elections will not take place. This decision was the result of a petition submitted by Sadyr Japarov.
According to this ruling, the next presidential elections will be held on January 24, 2027, and Japarov will have the opportunity to run for a second term.
