The Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic held meetings with representatives of the embassies of the United Kingdom and other countries, as well as with the leadership of international financial organizations regarding the implementation of English law and the establishment of an International Dispute Resolution Center within the framework of the "Tamchy" SFIT.

During the meeting, Justice Minister Ayaz Bayetov discussed with Nick Boulter, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Kingdom to Kyrgyzstan, ways to further cooperation and practical steps for implementing English legal norms in the country.

Representatives of international financial institutions emphasized that the opening of the IDRC within the framework of the "Tamchy" SFIT would be an important step in the development of Kyrgyzstan's legal infrastructure. It will also enhance the predictability of judicial and arbitration practices and provide additional guarantees for participants in commercial and investment projects. The presence of an independent and authoritative dispute resolution mechanism, as noted, is critically important for attracting investments and developing the private sector.
