Kyrgyzstan is considering the establishment of an International Dispute Resolution Center for the special zone "Tamchy"

- The Ministry of Justice of Kyrgyzstan held discussions with representatives of the embassies of the United Kingdom and other countries, as well as with the leadership of international financial organizations regarding the operation of the Special Financial Investment Territory (SFIT) "Tamchy".
During the meetings, the implementation of English law and the possibility of establishing an International Dispute Resolution Centre within this zone were discussed.
Justice Minister Ayaz Bayetov and the British Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan, Nick Bowler, discussed key aspects of creating the International Dispute Resolution Centre (IDRC) in SFIT "Tamchy".
It is planned that the new center will operate based on English legislation and will comply with international standards for resolving commercial disputes.

Representatives of the European Union, the U.S. Embassy, and other foreign states were also involved in the discussion.
Meeting participants noted the importance of increasing the level of trust for both foreign and local investors, as well as the need to strengthen mechanisms for protecting investors' rights.
Representatives of international financial institutions emphasized that the establishment of the IDRC in SFIT "Tamchy" would contribute to improving the predictability of judicial and arbitration practices and provide additional guarantees for participants in investment and commercial initiatives.
