In the updated rules, the date when the licensing requirement comes into effect has been changed. Thus, in paragraph 194, the phrase "from February 1, 2026" has been replaced with "from July 1, 2026."
As a result, the mandatory deadline for taxi drivers to obtain licenses has been postponed by five months.
