Tynchtyk Shainazarov emphasized that in accordance with the principles of fairness, the commission plans to return the funds. He expressed confidence that this decision will be supported by all members of the CEC at the upcoming meeting.
Additionally, he reminded that the repeat elections for this district are scheduled for March 1. However, as a result of the work of the investigative group of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which identified violations by one of the candidates, a decision was made to cancel the repeat voting.
Earlier, on February 13, the CEC recognized the elections held on November 30, 2025, as valid and distributed three deputy mandates among candidates Aigul Karybekova, Aibek Altynbekov, and Talant Mamytov.
