The head of state emphasized that the division of the country along the north-south line is unacceptable. He noted that such polarization of society has been used by politicians for many years to gain power, while ordinary citizens became victims of these manipulations.
I will never allow a division along the north-south line. Such a split begins when it is beneficial to politicians.

The president also reminded of the large-scale personnel rotation that began in government bodies in 2021. According to him, akims and judges have undergone complete rotation: southern representatives work in the north, while northern ones work in the south. Similar changes have occurred in the prosecutor's office, GKNB, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Sadyr Japarov added that in the future, the rotation will also affect the level of the rural administration (ayil okmotu), as there are often cases where tenders, land plots, and other resources are distributed in favor of relatives and close associates of local officials.
