In the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, a meeting took place between Seytek Jumakadyrov uulu, head of the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Kate Collins, head of the Consular Section of the U.S. Embassy. The main focus of this meeting was on issues of bilateral cooperation in the field of consular services, particularly changes in U.S. visa policy. During the meeting, the parties thoroughly discussed the current state of consular relations. The Kyrgyz side emphasized the need to continue constructive exchanges of views on visa policy issues to achieve mutually beneficial solutions.
American representatives also pointed out important aspects regarding the compliance with visa regulations by citizens of Kyrgyzstan and expressed interest in further dialogue and cooperation.
