At a briefing, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, denied rumors that Kyrgyzstan had filed a lawsuit against the Russian Federation in the EAEU court regarding compulsory medical insurance.
“Some media outlets reported that Kyrgyzstan allegedly filed a lawsuit. This is not true. The Kyrgyz side also quickly confirmed this,” she stated.
According to her, the discussion was only about clarifying the provisions of compulsory medical insurance that allow migrants from Kyrgyzstan to receive medical assistance in Russia.
Earlier, there was information in the media that Kyrgyzstan had sued Russia for refusing to provide free medical services on the territory of Russia.
