Vladimir Putin awarded the head of the Assembly of the People of Kyrgyzstan the Order of Friendship

Vladimir Putin, the President of Russia, awarded Almambet Matubraimov, the chairman of the Assembly of the People of Kyrgyzstan, the Order of Friendship in his decree. Details about this are contained in the official document available here.

The decree also mentions that 180 citizens of Russia, one labor collective, and two foreign citizens received awards. Almambet Matubraimov was recognized for his significant contribution to strengthening friendship and cooperation between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation.

“For his significant contribution to strengthening friendship and cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Kyrgyz Republic, the Order of Friendship is awarded to Almambet Matubraimov — chairman of the Council of the legal entity association ‘Assembly of the People of Kyrgyzstan,’ a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic,” the decree states.
