According to the order of the Chairman of the Cabinet, dated January 22, 2026, under number 30, the update of the commission is necessary for the implementation of the aforementioned presidential decree.
The commission has been tasked with regularly analyzing and reviewing information on the progress of this decree, which is provided by state authorities.
The following documents have also been declared invalid:
1) the order of the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers dated March 17, 2025, under number 167;
2) the order of the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers dated June 17, 2025, under number 359.
