In his speech, he emphasized that in 2026, Kyrgyzstan will chair the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and will also host the anniversary summit in Bishkek. Additionally, the VI World Nomad Games and the Issyk-Kul International Forum named after Ch. Aitmatov are expected to take place.
Kulubaev also noted that despite global instability, Kyrgyzstan remains a reliable partner, open to constructive dialogue aimed at peace and sustainable development.
