A draft law proposed by a deputy has been brought up for discussion
Deputy Marlen Mamataliev of the Jogorku Kenesh has initiated a proposal to ban the sale of alcoholic beverages from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This draft law has become a subject of public discussion.
According to the deputy, exceptions should only be made for cafes, restaurants, bars, and duty-free zones.
Additionally, Mamataliev proposes to completely prohibit the sale of alcoholic, low-alcohol, and tonic non-alcoholic beverages in central squares, parks, squares, recreational areas, and entertainment complexes, as well as within a radius of 100 meters from them.
