Confrontation between Dzholdoshova and Shainazarov. The head of the CEC does not intend to sue

Confrontation between Joldoshova and Shainazarov. The head of the CEC is not going to sue

Yzyldzkan Joldoshova, a former deputy, has once again made accusations against Tynchtyk Shainazarov, who holds the position of chairman of the Central Election Commission and Referendum Commission.

In her opinion, the CEC chairman's response to her previous appeal is insulting and derogatory.

“Lacking arguments, Shainazarov resorted to mockery. His statement that he will pay for a psychiatrist proves his guilt,” claims the former MP.

She also recalled the events of 2005, when in the Osh region, operative Bakhaidar Kuliev and Tynchtyk Shainazarov, who at that time headed the investigative department of the prosecutor's office, were detained with a car containing 20 kilograms of drugs.

Joldoshova believes that the criminal case regarding this incident remains unresolved due to the protection Shainazarov receives from “above.”

In response to her accusations, Tynchtyk Shainazarov stated that the information she provided about the 20 kilograms of drugs is not true.

“I was not detained; on the contrary, with the permission of my superiors and with the support of the Osh Internal Affairs Department, we uncovered this crime. I consider the dissemination and distortion of facts without regard to the real circumstances to be a deliberate misrepresentation,” he noted.

Shainazarov added that Joldoshova's true goal is to provoke him into filing a lawsuit to create a public spectacle.

“I am confident that if I were to go to court, I would win the case with 100% certainty. However, I do not intend to fall for her provocations and stoop to her level by going to court and staging the show she aims to organize. Joldoshova and I, Yzyldzkan Aitbaevna, were colleagues in the parliament, and I know well what she is capable of,” he emphasized.

It is worth noting that Joldoshova was a candidate for deputy in district No. 8 in the November elections, but the results from two polling stations were annulled by the territorial commission due to violations. This affected the voting results, leading her to not receive the necessary number of votes for election. The CEC announced that the candidate Nurchamal Torobekova is proceeding to the Jogorku Kenesh.

After that, the former deputy claimed that the video of the violations was filmed in another region and has no relation to her district. She also links this to Tynchtyk Shainazarov, who, according to her, is a relative of Nurchamal Torobekova. Shainazarov denied these claims.

Joldoshova filed a lawsuit, but the Bishkek Administrative Court dismissed her claims. She is currently appealing this decision in the Supreme Court.
